the welcome shots upon arrival were a nice touch i also appreciated the pool being open quite late it really helped extend the evenings the location was very central and convenient for exploring the area

the room i had was quite small i really missed having a proper sitting area the balcony was tiny too there were no seats to sit outside and relax we were close to a generator i think i could hear it during power cuts , made sleeping a little difficult

the staff were friendly. they were willing to assist in any way. the location was good. there was a great atmosphere near the pool area.

The food was costly. a small portion of fried rice cost 800 rs. Plus it was not that special!

high noise minibar refills

the staff was friendly enough, and my room had a nice balcony.

The minibar situation annoyed me. i saw it advertised as complimentary, but that's only partially true. You get a few things, then have to pay for refills. also, the noise level was high at night. I struggle to sleep because music go on late.

i found the staff very helpful , especially at the restaurant. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of indian dishes. the hotel even provided complimentary water bottles daily, which i thought was really nice.

The room size was smaller than i expected. It felt a bit cramped for two people. the soundproofing was not great, and i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. it was annoying at times.

really good service and good amenities

cute staff great vibe beautiful landscaping

i found the staff very cute. they went beyond to accommodate requests. i specifically appreciated mr arfat, ms. shongna, mr ram saran and ms. dale. the soul station had a great vibe. i loved the pool and its beautiful landscaping, especially that it remains open until 1 am.
